1. 簡介 Introduction

本隱私權政策說明 SOCOOL（以下稱「我們」）所開發之 n8n AI Program（以下稱「本應用程式」）如何收集、使用、儲存、分享及保護您的資訊，包含透過 Google API 取得的 Google 使用者資料。使用本應用程式即表示您同意本政策的內容。

This Privacy Policy explains how n8n AI Program (the "App"), developed by SOCOOL ("we", "us"), collects, uses, stores, shares, and protects your information, including Google user data obtained through Google APIs. By using the App, you agree to this policy.

2. 我們存取的資料 Data We Access

當您使用 Google 帳戶登入並授權後，本應用程式可能存取以下資料：

基本個人資料：您的 Google 帳戶名稱、電子郵件地址與大頭貼（openid、email、profile）。
Gmail：郵件內容、主旨、寄件者與標籤，用於讀取、整理及寄送郵件（gmail.modify）。
Google 日曆：日曆活動的標題、時間、地點與參與者，用於讀取、建立及更新活動（calendar）。
Google 雲端硬碟：僅限本應用程式建立或您選擇開啟的檔案（drive.file）。
Google 試算表：流程所使用之試算表的內容（spreadsheets）。

After you sign in with Google and grant permission, the App may access:

Basic profile information: your Google Account name, email address, and profile picture (openid, email, profile).
Gmail: email content, subjects, senders and labels, used to read, organize and send emails (gmail.modify).
Google Calendar: event titles, times, locations and attendees, used to read, create and update events (calendar).
Google Drive: only files created by the App or that you choose to open with it (drive.file).
Google Sheets: contents of the spreadsheets used by your workflows (spreadsheets).

我們不會存取超出上述範圍的資料，且您可隨時拒絕授權。

We do not access data beyond the scopes listed above, and you may decline authorization at any time.

3. 資料使用方式 How We Use Data

我們取得的資料僅用於：

驗證您的身分並讓您登入本應用程式。
提供、維護本應用程式中您可直接看到並使用的功能。
回應您的客服請求或問題。

The data we obtain is used only to:

Authenticate you and sign you in to the App.
Provide and maintain the user-facing features of the App.
Respond to your support requests or questions.

我們不會將您的資料用於廣告投放、出售給第三方，或用於訓練通用的人工智慧／機器學習模型。

We do not use your data for advertising, sell it to third parties, or use it to train generalized AI/ML models.

4. Google API 服務使用者資料政策 Google API Services User Data Policy

本應用程式對於從 Google API 收到之資訊的使用與傳輸，將遵守 Google API 服務使用者資料政策，包含「有限使用（Limited Use）」規定。

n8n AI Program's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

具體而言：

僅將 Google 使用者資料用於提供或改善使用者可見的功能。
除非為提供功能所必需、遵守法律，或經您明確同意，否則不會將資料傳輸給他人。
不會將資料用於投放廣告，包括再行銷或個人化廣告。
除非取得您的明確同意、基於安全目的、遵守法律，或資料已彙整匿名化，否則任何人員均不會讀取您的資料。

Google user data is used only to provide or improve user-facing features.
Data is not transferred to others unless necessary to provide the features, to comply with applicable law, or with your explicit consent.
Data is not used for serving advertisements, including retargeting or personalized ads.
No humans read your data unless we have your affirmative consent, it is necessary for security purposes, to comply with applicable law, or the data is aggregated and anonymized.

5. 資料分享 Data Sharing

我們不會出售、出租或交換您的個人資料。只有在以下情況下才可能揭露資料：取得您的明確同意；依法律、法院命令或政府機關要求；或為保護本應用程式及使用者的權利與安全。

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data. Data may be disclosed only: with your explicit consent; when required by law, court order, or government authorities; or to protect the rights and safety of the App and its users.

若您建立的流程包含 AI 處理步驟，相關內容會在執行時傳送給該流程所設定的 AI 模型服務供應商進行處理，僅用於產生該次流程結果，不會用於其他用途。

If a workflow you build includes an AI processing step, the relevant content is sent to the AI model provider configured in that workflow at run time, solely to produce that workflow's result and for no other purpose.

6. 資料儲存與保護 Data Storage & Security

Google 使用者資料僅在流程執行期間處理，不會另外建立資料庫長期保存。 OAuth 存取權杖（Access Token）與更新權杖（Refresh Token）以加密方式儲存在 n8n 的憑證儲存區中，僅用於代表您呼叫 Google API。流程執行紀錄僅保留供除錯所需的有限期間，之後即自動刪除。所有資料傳輸皆透過 HTTPS/TLS 加密，並以存取權限控管保護。

Google user data is processed only while a workflow runs and is not kept in a separate long-term database. OAuth access and refresh tokens are stored encrypted in n8n's credential store and are used only to call Google APIs on your behalf. Workflow execution logs are kept only for a limited period for debugging and are then deleted automatically. All data is transmitted over HTTPS/TLS and protected by access controls.

7. 資料保留與刪除 Data Retention & Deletion

我們僅在提供服務所需期間保留您的資料。您可以隨時透過以下方式移除授權或刪除資料：

前往 Google 帳戶「第三方應用程式與服務」撤銷本應用程式的存取權。
來信 socool.huang@gmail.com 要求刪除資料，我們將於 30 天內完成處理。

We retain your data only as long as needed to provide the service. You can revoke access or delete your data at any time by:

Revoking the App's access at Google Account > Third-party apps & services.
Emailing socool.huang@gmail.com to request deletion; we will complete the request within 30 days.

8. 兒童隱私 Children's Privacy

本應用程式不針對 13 歲以下兒童提供服務，也不會在知情的情況下收集兒童的個人資料。

The App is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

9. 政策變更 Changes to This Policy

我們可能不定期更新本政策，更新後將於本頁公布並修改「最後更新日期」。

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date.
